Best things to do in Santorini
About Santorini
Santorini is one of the most heard-of Greek Islands, making it a yes for easy direct travel. It was devastated by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century BC, creating its now rugged landscape. It consists of whitewashed, cubiform houses in its two principal towns, and hangs to cliffs just above an underwater crater.
If visiting the beautiful island in Greece, spend some time on the beaches made up of black, red, and white lava pebbles.
For the adults, enjoy a flourishing wine industry, even though Santorini has a harsh, dry climate. Enjoy guided excursions like sightseeing in Oia or getting on a traditional Greek boat to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and drinking of course. You can even cover yourself in mud from a volcanic hot spring.
Santorini is also very romantic, so you can enjoy fine dining while overlooking the sunset with your favorite person and just enjoy the tranquility of the island.
