Very practical tour because you easily get from Dubrovnik to Split and you see another interesting location- Mostar. You will see how different are those three cities are although they are relatively close to each other. Book a tour with our small team and let’s have a nice day together 🙂

About Dubrovnik

The charming city in Croatia acts as a seaport on the Mediterranean Sea, making it a perfect summer spot featuring beaches that have been rated among the best in the world. It’s also known for its natural seashore beauty and offers plenty of outdoor activities, as the city receives approximately 7.2 hours of sun per day, making up about 2630 hours of sun annually.

Dubrovnik is also great for a family trip, as travelers can engage in almost every classic holiday activity, including jeep safari, horseback riding, kayaking, sailing around the Elafite islands, and much more!

Speaking of islands, a special feature the city has is that travelers can easily visit the Island of Mljet, which features a large national park on it. In fact, it covers the entire north-west part of the island and features a large area that borders two saltwater lakes. You can make this a romantic outing, as you have to get to the island by boat.

If you’re looking for some of the most-visited museums in the city, try visiting Rector’s Palace, the Love Stories Museum, and the Maritime Museum.

When is the Best Time to Visit

The city has a lot of outstanding outdoor activities, so visitors should travel when the weather is not too hot and not too cold. September and October have comfortable (and still warm) temperatures and that’s when the tourist crowds leave on their cruise ships.

The temperature for Dubrovnik in September averages at about 25°C (77°F), while October drops to 21°C (70°F). There is still plenty to do during the city’s off-season, so take advantage of the city and its weather when you can!
