The ancient vineyards of the winery that will host a tasting of the local wine products, the little beaten paths, and the stone, custodian of ancient traditions, will be the protagonists of a walk to discover the "palmenti": ancient crushing tanks scattered in the countryside. A demonstration of the archaic tradition in the presence of an ancient crushing technology, now forgotten, but well impressed in the rock and in the local memory
