Cooking workshop with a Master Chef in south of France

The Chef will accompany you to introduce you to all his favourite producers. You will sneak
between the stalls of cheese makers, fishmongers, butchers, bakers, fruits and vegetables
producers, and he will buy the products necessary for the realization of the recipies. You may
be tempted to do some personal shopping (market time, about 1 hour).
Return to the Workshop, take a drink, and put apron and chef's hat (provided). The cooking
class begins.
The tasting of the recipes prepared together with the Chef is done at the table and in the
harmony of the dishes and wines with explanations concerning the agreements with the wine.
You can "debrief" with him what has been seen and prepare throughout lunch, and ask him any
questions you want.
You will leave with the recipes book
Included
A non-alcoholic welcome drink, the technical data sheet (s), the realization of the recipes, the tasting in the harmony of dishes and wines (in the limit of a glass per dish), waters and coffee.

Pickup from other place than Avignon
Requirements
Energy & motivation :) Closed shoes and pants recommended.
Attention
For safety reasons, closed shoes are required and pants recommended during the cooking class.
